Main research directions and interests

Being engaged in functional genomics research for a long time, responsible for and participated in the research and development of a series of large-scale omics projects. Having rich working experience, especially in the direction of genome assembly strategy with highly repetitive sequences, sex determination mechanism, multi-omics analysis of aquatic adaptive traits and genome structural variations, etc, and having mastered advanced omics technology and theoretical accumulation. Papers have been published as a first or a corresponding author in journals such as Nat Ecol Evol, Nat Cancer, Nat Commun, BMC Biol, Mol Ecol Resour, Cell Discov, etc.
