Main research directions and interests
Being engaged in the development and application of genomic technology methods for non-model orgarnism. Having developed a series of low-cost, high-throughput genotyping technologies, such as MethylRAD, HD-Marker, which were published in Genome Research, Engineering, Open Biology, Aquaculture, etc. Participated in the writing of Bioinformatics in Aquaculture: Principles and Methods.
