Associate Professor Yuli Li has been awarded the Young Innovation Prize of the Second "Zhang Fusui Shellfish Science Award"
Recently, the 12th Member Congress of China Marine Limnology Society announced the winners’ list of the second "Zhang Fusui Shellfish Science Award", and Associate Professor Yuli Li of our laboratory won the "Youth Innovation Prize". At the conference, Associate Professor Yuli Li gave an academic report entitled "Shellfish Genome and Adaptive Evolution", introducing the important progress made by the research group in the adaptive evolution of molluscs and the construction of mollusc genome database.
The "Zhang Fusui Shellfish Science Award" is named after academician Zhang Fusui, a famous Marine biologist and shellfish cultivator in China. It aims to reward the molluscicologists who have made outstanding academic achievements in teaching or research of molluscicology for a long time, or who have made innovative contributions in molluscicology research, teaching, popular science and industry, promote the development of molluscicology and technology in China, and popularize the knowledge of molluscicology.
